CellCon Service Offerings
Technical Support: CellCon offers tech support by phone. Simply call 800-467-2464 M-F 7:30-5:00, Central Standard Time
In-Plant Field Service: CellCon offers field technicians for on-site service and repairs within the continental US. (Canada?) Standard service rates apply.
Preventative Maintenance: Make your CellCon machines last longer and keep them running at peak performance. We offer an inspection and maintenance program. Our technicians know exactly what to look for, and how to properly maintain your equipment.
Emergency Field Service: Fast response times (24 or 48 hour notice) is available at higher rates.
Rebuild Services: Most standard service can be performed in the field. Complete rebuilds are performed in our facilities.
CellCon Replacement Parts
With few exceptions, every part is available for shipping via UPS, FedEx, or whatever means necessary to deliver what you need in a timely manner. Some of the heaviest parts, certain spindle motors, for example, must be shipped by over-the-road truck.
Some parts, like ball screws, are proprietary. Properly machining one to fit the specifications of your machine would prove to be costly and time consuming. Fortunately, we keep several in stock, ready to be shipped on demand.
